Welcome Back!
I am delighted to reopen my clinic on July 2nd and reconnect with all of you. Here are all the details around treatments, bookings, hygiene and safety protocals. Please read them 🙂

Bookings are open and can be made in the usual place for appointments on Thursdays and Fridays. Deposit and full payments can be made during the booking process. A card machine is also available and will be cleaned after every use.
I check in with you a day before to confirm your appointment and go through a brief health screening questionaire. This is part of our new best practice guidelines and will help to keep everyone’s health at heart.
Arrival & Treatment
I’m asking everyone to arrive for their exact time so we can keep the reception area a safe space and welcome one person at the time. As before I will pick up at the front door. I will greet you with a big smile behind that lovely mask for sure. There’ll be no hugs for the time being I’m afraid, but you will get a warm and generous welcome nonetheless.
For the time being please bring your own mask and a bottle of water.
Hygiene:
I’ve always had a high standard of hygiene in my treatment room and this will not change – it remains the safe space you know.
That said we have a few new measures and guidelines from HSE, HSA and government implemented to maintain your health and wellbeing alongside that of all clients, therapists and myself.
This includes the availability of santizers and soap in treatment room and bathroom. Please use them as you enter the clinic alongside proper respiratory etiquette while on the premises.
You can be assured that after each client all surfaces, chairs, handles, light switches in treatment room and common area are steam cleaned, all contact fabrics such as towels, sheets, blankets, cushion covers are changed. Nothing is being used twice. The room is aired.
Full guidelines are available for viewing, cleaning schedules are displayed.
Feeling unwell:
If you are experiencing Covid 19 related symptoms or have come into close contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed with Covid-19 please do not come into the clinic. Please inform me and take the necessary precautions as stated by HSE guidelines.
My cancellation policy has been amended to reflect this. If you are feeling unwell and you contact me to cancel, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. We can re-arrange your treatment for another day.
I am asking not to mis-use this exception to cancel last minute. Simply put, it is playing with my livelyhood. I have greatly reduced the number of clients I can see safely per day and being self employed, your treatment fee is my only income.
I have taken all of the recommended actions as stated by the HSE, HSA and the Government to keep my treatment room a safe space for everyone. Please support it by following the new measures and let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
I am really looking forward to seeing you.
Much love,
Cindy
