Selfcare is for balance. Balance between body and mind, work and life, community and me time. In balance we feel at ease with ourselves and the world. Finding it is different for every body and so is every treatment I give. To restore your sense of physical and emotional balance I often blend therapies. To give you exactly what you need and wish for I may include Acupressure points in a Reflexology treatment for greater pain relief. I may use Shiatsu mobilisation techniques in your Massage to release a frozen shoulder or work with a gentle energetic connection and breath work to shift stress and anxiety. Each treatment is tailoured to you, your needs and individual preferences.

I am a registered therapist with the Shiatsu Society Ireland (SSI), the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland (NRRI) and the Irish Massage and Bodywork Therapist Association (IMTA).
If you have private health insurance with VHI, Irish Life, Glo Health or Laya, you may be entitled to claim back some or all of your treatment fees depending on your health care plan. Simply submit your receipt. Check your healthcare plan or contact your provider for details.
